Journey of Jazz ’25 – Simply Wonderful

Journey of Jazz ’25 has been one of the best music cruise experiences we have ever presented.

Musically, we started the first night in Vancouver with Marcus Miller’s History of Jazz show, which featured almost every performer on the cruise. Then in postcard-worthy Victoria, we were treated to Diana Krall performing as close to her hometown as possible. The headliners for the next two days at sea were Co-Host Gregory Porter and then a twin bill of Dee Dee Bridgewater and Chucho Valdés. After that, our first night in San Francisco offered a special treat: John and Jeff Clayton leading the full Clayton-Hamilton Jazz Orchestra. Though John and Jeff have been sailing with us forever, this was the first time we had the entire group on our stage.

We’re excited to give you all the details in Saturday’s edition of The Weekender, but until then, we found ourselves thinking, “if one picture is worth a thousand words, imagine what these pictures would be worth!”

Enjoy the photos and we will talk more soon.
